- Degree or Diploma in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Mendix development
- Mendix Intermediate Certification is a must; Advanced is a plus.
- Knowledge of algorithms and coding, low-code application development experience
- Experience in User experience (UX) and User interface (UI)
- Knowledge, experience, and integration with API, SQL, Excel VBA, HTML, Java, CSS, JavaScript, OpenSSL
- Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work, and/or community (extracurricular activities)
- Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills
- Agile, technically savvy, with a knack for creating solutions
- Creative thinker with a unique ability for resourcefulness
- Advanced English is a must (B2 at least, C1 is a plus)
- Project management skills due to direct interaction with the business
- Lean/Six Sigma, Agile or Scrum methodologies know-how is preferred.
- Inspired by new technology implementations and being an early adopter
- Having a growth mindset and enjoying continuous learning
- Knowledge of algorithms and coding
