What we're looking for:  

• Technical Skills & Experiences: 
• You likely have 3-6 years of professional experience with several years in logistics. 
• You have a university degree in a relevant field. e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics 
• Experience in Data & Statistical analysis and Visualization tools, specifically PowerBI dashboard development 
• Experience with Warehouse Layout or Capacity tools such as AutoCAD, Digital Twins, WMS or Simulators is preferred 
• Creatively solve business problems pragmatically and at speed – assimilating issues and turning ideas into clear requirements, generating coordinated solutions based on your own experience and insights. 

• Leadership & Teamwork 
• You are great at building cross-functional relationships and credibility with business leaders, your teams, external stakeholders, and peers 
• You communicate and engage across your stakeholders delivering impactful messages, negotiating complex variables, and influencing outcomes
