Education 

• Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Administration or others. 

Experience 

• Experience of at least 2-4 with rewards / ZBB or finance field preferably within FP&A others finance 
• FP&A // ZBB// Overhead // Rewards management // Payroll relation (nice to have)
