- Fluent English, with strong communication skills for collaboration with global stakeholders;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field;
- Proven international experience, such as participation in global programs, multi region initiatives or cross cultural teams;
- Minimum 7 years of QA experience;
- 3 to 4 years of leading QA teams or complex testing cycles;
- Strong understanding of test planning, monitoring and execution at scale;
- Experience with test automation and test management tools;
- Strong leadership, influence and problem solving skills.
