• Advanced hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise, including repositories, pull requests, branching strategies, and migration initiatives;

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for AWS infrastructure provisioning and management;

• Solid experience with Azure DevOps as a migration source environment, including pipelines, repositories, and boards;
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, automation, compliance, and secure cloud delivery;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Proven experience in international projects, including collaboration with global and multicultural teams;
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud automation, platform engineering, or related areas;
• Proven experience leading complex CI/CD, cloud modernization, or DevSecOps transformation initiatives;
• Demonstrated track record in enterprise-scale cloud and automation projects;
• Proven delivery experience in international or multi-region projects is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with policy as code, including Sentinel or OPA;
• Experience with enterprise migration programs, cloud modernization, and application transformation;
