• 6+ years of front-end engineering experience
• Strong production experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, including rendering strategies (SSR, SSG) and routing
• Solid grasp of REST API integration, server-state management, and frontend performance optimization
• Experience defining testing strategies and reviewing test quality
• Familiarity with authentication flows (JWT, Azure) and secure development practices
• Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring tools (Azure, AWS)
• Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor engineers
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

• Background in banking, fintech, or other regulated environments
• Experience with enterprise design systems, accessibility, or OWASP security practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD, micro-frontends, or compliance requirements in financial systems
• Fluency in Portuguese
