Required

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Informatics, or related field (Completed)
• Fluent in English
• Willing to assist to the office in Zapopan, Jalisco. At least 3 times per week.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience with Microsoft technologies, including:
• Copilot Studio / conversational AI solutions
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate)
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agents/copilots/automation solutions.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem:
• Azure AI services
• Microsoft 365 / Copilot ecosystem
• Familiarity with AI concepts and prompting techniques (GenAI, LLM-based solutions).
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and platform security for Power Platform.
• Experience with integration scenarios (APIs, connectors, data platforms).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across business and IT teams.
• The assignment is for 6 months, with a high probability of extension
