- Fluent professional English, spoken and written — mandatory.
- Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, ISR, or demand generation representative.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting into the US market.
- Prior experience selling or prospecting for IT professional services, consulting, cloud, data, AI, digital transformation, or enterprise technology services — mandatory.
- Strong understanding of how to engage executive and technical buyer personas.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Comfortable with structured sales processes, outbound cadences, activity tracking, and performance accountability.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Strong business communication skills and ability to write clear, relevant outbound messaging.
- Results-driven and motivated by activity, meetings, pipeline creation, and performance-based compensation.
Nice to Have
- Experience working for a consulting firm, systems integrator, IT services company, or professional services organization.
- Experience supporting US-based Account Executives or alliance-led sales motions.
