Pessoa UX Designer Sênior

• Bachelor's Degree;
• Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch;
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator);
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js) to enable smooth handoff to developers.;
• 4+ years of professional UX design experience;
• 2+ years designing web/SaaS or enterprise products;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, design systems and data-rich enterprise interfaces;
• Proven experience creating and evolving design systems and component libraries;
• Solid knowledge of UX research methods (interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, heuristic evaluation, persona);
• Experience designing data visualization, BI and operational dashboards;
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG);
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and continuous delivery;
• Strong communication skills to defend design decisions with technical and non-technical audiences;
• Collaborative mindset to work with developers, POs and global teams;
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to "start small, deliver value fast and iterate";
• English advanced.
