• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in developing solutions with data analyst with Python and

 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech/payment industry.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• English Proficiency: Advanced or fluent in English, capable of leading meetings in English.
• Spanish Proficiency: Will be considered a plus.
