LATAM A- Functional Relationship Manager (FRM)

In client, the AMS Connectivity, Voice and Conferencing (CVC) team is looking for a Functional Relationship Manager (FRM) for LATAM region. Mainly for Connectivity WAN products.

The Functional Relationship Manager play several roles including business relationships, service level, and sometimes account management. The primary objective is to support the positive relationship across business functions, be it internal or external. The underlying responsibility from an ITIL framework, is to be responsible in a proactive way identifying the existing and potential needs to ensure appropriate services are supported, implemented and those needs are met. The FRM is a connector, orchestrator, and communicator across business units (CVC), external customers and receivers Expectations of the role:

1. Sustain and operations as TOP priority, avoiding business disruption. Translating on supporting critical incidents or the ones which could become one. End-to-end follow up to ensure trust from Markets.

2. Orchestration and leverage of Continuous Improvements opportunities among various CVC partners to deliver best experience to CVC receivers.

3. Communicate changes, improvements, plans, and outcomes of CVC initiatives.

4. Act with business partners to bring to CVC teams any business needs for changes, improvements, plans or projects.

5. Record, document, and present plans for CVC technical SMEA-s to ensure business benefits are communicated to Markets and leadership in a timely manner.

6. Integrate with CVC peers/leads, SMEA-s and technology sector to provide recommendations for improvements.

7. Streamline process, enforce adherence, and communicate improvements to leadership.

8. Identify and assist in enacting cultural shifts.
