OTM Solution Architect :

Position Overview

Maserk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced OTM Solution Architect to join our team. This role is essential for helping us to design, configure as well as provide L3 support expertise for US LTL operations. The candidate will focus on working with Maersk platform owners and Engineering team to convert business requirements to an efficient and scalable TMS design.

Key Resposabilities:

·       Liaise with Maersk platform owners to understand the business requirements related to transportation operations

·       Provide optimal solutions in OTM while ensuring scalability and use of out of the box OTM functionalities

·       Work closely with Maersk Engineering team to validate the solutions and to configure the proposed solutions in OTM (on-premise)

·       Extensive testing of all the solutions and workflows with documentation

·       Provide L3 support for complex issues which are not solved by L1/L2 support teams

·       Provide training to Maersk key users

·       Support various projects and initiatives related to OTM

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree

·       Minimum of 10 years of experience in OTM implementation across core modules preferably with customers in North America.
